Your InspectAbility Home Inspector
Marc Miller, your InspectAbility Home Inspector, has extensive professional and practical experience in the building trade industry. He has over 26 years experience with residential building construction and maintainence and over 20 years experience in buying and selling homes. Marc Miller has Certifications with the ICC, International Code Council as a Residential Building Inspector and Electrical Inspector, R1 and E1.
He has training and certification from ITA, Inspection Training Associates Institute. ITA is recognized by many in the industry as the most credible training facility in the country. Marc Miller is certified and qualified by the NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) as a NEHA (National Environmental Health Association) radon measurement professional and tests for Radon per US EPA protocol.
He continues his education through industry seminars, continuing education classes, industry periodicals and strives to maintain the highest level of knowledge and expertise for his business. In this, and everything he does, he continually exceeds the standards. Marc Miller performs all inspections in accordance with the rigorous Standards of Practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc. (ASHI).
